INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The retention period for data may vary depending on the type of data. For example, data collected from contact forms is stored for a maximum of 1 month. At the end of this period, the data is securely deleted from the systems.

The documents you submit will only be used for the evaluation of the relevant application and to provide feedback to you; these documents will not be shared with third parties except for legal obligations specified in the KVKK, will not be processed for commercial purposes, or transferred abroad.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting us:

• To request the correction or deletion of your data,
• To request compensation for damages if you believe the processing is unlawful.
