KAGİDER GKL Meeting 2025

KAGİDER President Esra Bezircioğlu, along with Gülse Aygün, İlayda Yurdusev, Manolya Tanla, Aysun Hatipoğlu, Arzu Öneyman, Gülsün Zeytinoğlu, Filiz Yaz, Özge Yurttaş, and Servisîmin Cömert, spoke about the KAGİDER Future Women Leaders Meeting. Bezircioğlu, Aygün, Yurdusev, Tanla, Hatipoğlu, Öneyman, Zeytinoğlu, Yaz, Yurttaş, and Cömert said the following:

Gülse Aygün: The Future Women Leaders event started as a process full of hope and excitement for me. I thank the entire Future Women Leaders team.

İlayda Yurdusev: It’s a truly wonderful project that inspired us, helped us develop, taught us, and actually strengthened our bonds. I want to say, “Thank goodness for KAGİDER, thank goodness for Future Women Leaders.”

Esra Bezircioğlu: It’s a very valuable project by KAGİDER. We are partners with Sanofi, and we are very, very happy to be partners with them. It’s a very good partner and a very good project. When all these things come together, and when energetic young women support us and don’t hesitate to apply, what beautiful stories emerge! Being a leading role in the stories of 1950 young women, making an impact, adding value, was very meaningful and important to us. We are very happy to have fulfilled this mission.

Manolya Tanla: We are here today with many women from 26 different provinces. Each of their stories is unique. We are actually facilitating the transformation of our differences into richness.

Aysun Hatipoğlu: Women’s participation in the workforce is extremely important for Türkiye’s future. Aware of this, we at Sanofi have been supporting this movement, this program, for 15 years.

Arzu Öneyman: Today, with the support of Sanofi, we are experiencing the justified pride of carrying out a new phase of the Future Women Leaders project, which we founded 15 years ago together with KAGİDER. Dear friends, this is a journey of sisterhood.

Gülsün Zeytinoğlu: As we have done together here for the past 15 years, we will continue to produce with all our strength to create that lasting impact.

Filiz Yaz: A growing, developing community, an educational program that keeps pace with the world and current events. I am so happy to be a part of it.

Özge Yurttaş: We spent two full days with 100 young women from 26 different cities. While they leave here a little stronger, we also gather both hope and strength for our new projects next year.

Servisimin Cömert: My dear GKLs, the people I taught, learned from, and shared with. Thank you so much. I’m so glad you’re here.

Future Women Leaders: A Journey of Inspiration and Empowerment
