Mehmet Kamar, Chairman of the Board at Dehasoft, emphasized that the adoption of artificial intelligence represents an inevitable transformation for e-commerce companies.
Kamar stated the following:
“The nature, scale, and structure of commerce have changed completely, especially with the advent of artificial intelligence in our lives; the landscape has shifted fundamentally. While companies that integrate into the AI ecosystem will experience rapid growth, those that steer clear of it will unfortunately face a slow decline and eventual disappearance. If today’s e-commerce platforms—even those with hundreds of employees—or the companies providing e-commerce infrastructure neglect AI, rest assured they will cease to exist tomorrow. Conversely, entities leveraging the AI ecosystem—even ‘one-person armies’—will evolve into structures capable of managing massive revenues, powered by the strength of artificial intelligence.
Artificial intelligence has truly redefined the scope of e-commerce. We have reached a point where we can virtually ‘try on’ products; AI handles the entire process—taking the order, issuing the invoice, managing shipment directly from the warehouse, and overseeing delivery to the customer’s doorstep and subsequent tracking. This infrastructure is made possible today through artificial intelligence. In the future, robots will become an integral part of this ecosystem, and companies that adopt this infrastructure will achieve rapid progress and growth far beyond expectations. Many e-commerce companies are now gradually realizing the value of this AI ecosystem and are beginning to integrate into it.”
