We clearly see the impact of senior management’s involvement; our CEO, the members of the board, and the executive team are so well-versed in technology and information security that when we approach them regarding EDR or XDR technologies, we don’t have to start from scratch—we can dive straight into the technology itself. Ten or 15 years ago, we were still discussing basic endpoint security—explaining why, for instance, an antivirus solution was necessary. Today, we can discuss advanced EDR and XDR technologies directly, which is incredibly valuable. Once we clearly articulate our needs, we receive very clear, direct responses. Furthermore, topics like artificial intelligence have become major trends. This follows the ongoing wave of digital transformation, which continues to evolve.
