In today’s environment, enterprise-scale data security presents itself as a complex challenge for all of us. The volume of uncontrolled data is expected to more than double between 2022 and 2026. Furthermore, there is a significant rise in data privacy and security breaches, as well as an ever-increasing number of compliance requirements associated with global regulations. Storing data using cryptographic methods, keeping the keys for this encrypted data in secure or separate environments, and utilizing at least two-factor authentication systems for access to critical data or systems have emerged as fundamental measures explicitly required by regulations.
