What has changed with Mikro Yazılım V17?

Hello, in this video we will explain the new features that come with the “Mikro V17” version. Throughout the explanation, we will be using the most current version of our “Mikrofly” product, “5A”. The “V17” version of “Mikrofly” comes with many innovations that significantly improve user experience, performance, and the visual interface. We will present these innovations to you under three main headings:

1. Visual Interface and Usability

Let’s first look at the innovations made to the interface and usability; with theme adjustments, the colors, fonts, icons, and visual elements have been completely revamped. The interface is now much more readable, modern, and less tiring on the eyes. In “V17,” the contrast on the main screen has been increased, and the icons and colors have been revised based on user feedback. The buttons on the cards have been redesigned, and the refresh and edit buttons in the main menu have been enlarged for easier access. New features supporting the user experience have also been added; there is now a support menu where you can access support channels from a single point, and a notification box where you can easily access important information. In addition, a user tour introducing the program’s new features has been prepared. This tour, which opens automatically upon first entry into the application, introduces you to the main menus and important functions; it does not appear automatically on subsequent entries, but you can restart it via the help menu if you wish. There are also significant visual improvements; the menu background has been changed to white for a simpler look, the text colors have been adjusted, and the dashboard screen has been updated with a more modern design. Furthermore, you no longer need to close the program to make changes to the company, branch, date, and database; you can quickly switch between them using the “Change” option in the bottom left corner. This area was previously in the top left corner in previous versions and has been moved to a more accessible location with “V17”. With all these improvements, the overall appearance of the software has become both more modern and much more user-friendly.

2. Performance Improvements

Now let’s look at the performance improvements; a special Windows service has been developed to make dashboards faster and more reliable. This service automatically updates your data in the background and significantly improves program startup performance. Additionally, the refresh time for widgets on the dashboard has been shortened, allowing you to access the most up-to-date data instantly.

3. Dashboard Innovations

In version “V17,” dashboards are now smarter and more filterable. You can fully personalize your home screen and add frequently used items as widgets. Graphs can now be filtered by company, branch, and database; you can also view work orders, orders, and purchase graphs. Filter buttons have been added to the cash flow, orders, and work order widgets, allowing you to easily filter your data based on specific criteria. Daily, weekly, and monthly views in the graphs have been redesigned, making it much easier to select your desired time range. There’s also a new convenience in the collections and payments section; clicking on overdue or pending items now instantly opens a detailed list. The asset status widget displays not only current information but also historical changes in a single block, making it much easier to track trends.

4. Additional Features

New authorization options have been added to support your operational workflow. By logging into Mikro with the “SRV” user, you can easily manage dashboard authorizations via the new tab located in the Settings, General Definitions, Organization tab, User Group Rights Definition (501300), and User Group Rights Management (501400) screens. Now, users will only be able to see dashboards that match their authorizations. With the exchange rates button added to the Mikro main screen, you can track daily exchange rate changes and access detailed reports by right-clicking. The filter structure in the report screens has been renewed throughout the program, making it much more modern and functional. Version “V17” also includes a learning area supported by short videos accessible from within the program. You can easily discover the new features from here. A password reset button has been added. This allows users to manage their passwords more securely. Unused settings have been removed, menus have been simplified and grouped. This has made the overall flow of the program much more understandable and faster. In conclusion, “Mikro V17” includes comprehensive improvements in the interface, performance, and dashboard areas.
