We used to only learn about these things towards the evening, at the earliest, after the data was collected. Now, with this solution, we have actually overcome all these issues and can monitor everything in real-time. We have a field team that is extremely happy with Passgage. This is the most important thing for us, and a solution like Passgage, which has solved many of our problems, will be very useful, especially in retail organizations. We also managed to integrate it easily with our time and attendance software. There were no problems there either, so I recommend it.
