What Is the Most Critical Organizational Competency in the Age of Artificial Intelligence?

Murat Özkan, President of Information and Digital Operations at Hayat Holding, spoke about the most critical corporate competency in the age of artificial intelligence. Özkan said the following:

In my opinion, in a world that is now changing with the advent of “AI,” the most critical skill will be designing ways for humans and “AI” to work together. So, within organizations, when I make a decision, at what points will “AI” make the decision, at what points will a human step in, how will I manage the risk, and how can I enhance the organization’s capacity to learn? In this regard, there will be more points for us to consider. In other words, technology leaders will now become leaders who design the system, define the organization, and structure the organization. Future IT leaders—or change leaders—will not simply be those who are well-versed in technology; rather, they will become the most capable individuals who can combine human expertise with “AI” to enhance performance, demonstrate that performance, and further improve it.
