May Tohum BTM Manager Murat Yonar spoke about AI-powered agricultural technologies expanding from Turkey to the world. Yonar stated:
In the seed industry, we have AI projects aimed at contributing to both Turkish and global agriculture. These include open field yield predictions and AI projects developed for monitoring tassel and isolation distances specific to corn and sunflower production. A software AI project developed by our company in collaboration with a partner is currently commercially available and usable in the sector. May Tohum is the first user, and agricultural stakeholders in Türkiye and around the world have subsequently adopted this application.
