Cem Kütük, Strategic Sales and Channel Architect at CK, spoke about why digital transformation projects fail. Kütük said the following:
Many companies in Turkey want to undergo digital transformation, but very few are actually able to do so. Because digital transformation is not an IT project. It is a management model. If there is no process discipline, no culture of measurement, and no data management within a company, even the best technologies will soon fall into disuse. I’ve seen this clearly for years. Companies are losing out not because of a lack of technology, but because of organizational disarray. True transformation begins with a shift in mindset, progresses through the process, and culminates in the software.
