Welcome, Mr. Cihan. We know you, but could you briefly tell us about yourself and your company? Of course, I’m Cihan Kesel. I work at Hofer Fairs Turkey, the Turkish office of E-Doğu ÇMS AG. I’ve been working at Hofer Fairs Turkey for about 20 years. Currently, I lead the team responsible for IT digitalization projects and data management. As a company, we organize trade fairs worldwide. In our Turkish operations, we mainly organize trade fairs for the manufacturing industry. Thank you very much. How did your paths cross with us? We started working with Max about 5 or 6 years ago. Initially, we started working specifically with the ENF product, as a document management software and workflow, and by continuously using ENF over the years, a corporate culture, a company culture, has been formed. We have created corporate memory. After that, we continued to work with other products as well. Actually, what can you tell us about the projects you have carried out, specifically on ENF and CL? Here, we use ENF especially for the contract part, the contract production part, and the workflows. So, we manage all our purchasing and supply processes through ENF. Similarly, on the Cloud Office side, we use both the HR side with all its functions and we’ve also migrated processes that need to be digitized, such as expense management and Seat Advance, to Cloud Office. Although we use a different program for the sales process, we believe we’re getting a lot of efficiency with Cloud Office’s other functions, and we’re also trying to support some sales functions with Cloud Office’s APIs. We have some different projects in the future that we want to solve with Cloud Office’s existing capabilities and modules, and after today’s presentations, we also tried to get inspiration from what we can do with Claudia’s AI on the Cloud Office side, and we will continue our work in that direction. So, we can say that the topic that interested you most at our event was the artificial intelligence side. Yes, absolutely. In fact, our main event theme this year is artificial intelligence. We are trying to work on projects related to artificial intelligence on both the ENF and Cloud Office sides. Now, if we consider the past, how would you compare the period before using ENF and Cloud Office with the current period in terms of efficiency? What has changed in our lives in terms of efficiency? First of all, it’s clear that data consolidation has changed a lot. Everything is managed centrally, and the most important part is corporate memory. You can store corporate memory very effectively. It increases efficiency, saves time, and being able to handle most of our processes digitally also provides us with productivity. In this sense, Cloud Office has different benefits, ENF has different benefits, but we are trying to get the maximum benefit from both. What were the standout features that made you decide to work with us? Speed ​​and efficiency were very important to us, both with Cloud Office and specifically with ENF. Cloud Office, being entirely cloud-based, allowed us to develop different capabilities. Again, we digitized the work. On the ENF side, features like the ability for each person to create different contracts, consolidate the outputs of those contracts, and directly add them to workflows are what led us to choose ENF.
