Is it too late to start e-commerce?
T-Soft CEO Ömer Arıkan addressed the question of whether it is too late to get started in e-commerce.
Arıkan discussed the upward trajectory of e-commerce in Türkiye, including the peaks observed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Given these factors, he noted that it is far too early to worry about having “missed the boat” on e-commerce in Türkiye, and expressed his belief that, eventually, e-commerce will encompass the entirety of the retail landscape.
