In my opinion, the technology side of the financial world will be far more advanced. I also think it will be ahead of other sectors. I believe the future will be truly fantastic from the perspective of the financial world. I think all customers’ experiences will be at the forefront and will become much more technologically advanced. When I look ahead, I envision a future where even our own portfolios—on a personal, individual level—will be managed in every way by artificial intelligence. We’ll simply be in the background, making expenditures from our budgets, while our entire payment infrastructure and our own investments will be fully guided by artificial intelligence.
