Sinan Özkan, Director of Information Technology at Cengiz Holding, spoke about artificial intelligence and reverse engineering solutions in tender processes. Özkan said the following:
We’re also conducting some research on artificial intelligence. Some projects are in the initial phase, some are in the intermediate phase, and some are in the final phase. I’d like to talk about one of our projects that’s in the final phase. This project is a platform for preparing specifications. Whereas before it used to take a week, a month, or sometimes as long as 4–5 months to create these detailed specifications, we can now automatically generate them by leveraging the speed of AI through reverse engineering—conducting all this research specifically for each product. Within about 30 minutes, specifications related to the products and topics we want are prepared; global products are researched, as well as detailed local products in Turkey, and research is conducted to determine whether these products will meet our specifications—whether they’ll be a “yes,” “yes,” “no,” or “partially” and formatted for reporting. We utilize this platform by leveraging the speed of artificial intelligence.
