“I have been working at Ford Otosan for approximately 23 years. I am the product owner for business processes and automation. We have also been working with MechSoft for a long time. I think it’s been over 10 years.”

“So how did our paths cross?” “Well, it’s been quite a long time, of course, but you’ve actually had the chance to experience it from beginning to end.”
“For us, it was actually a big transformation. We started with M-Files.” With M-Files, we migrated all our files and documents from all over Ford Otosan to M-Files. It was a huge project. We had subsequent processes. And recently, we also got acquainted with CloudOffix. We will have new projects with them soon, God willing.
So, what problems were you experiencing before? What kind of difficulties did you face before sharing your document management processes with M-Files that led you to seek such a solution?
Actually, we wanted to manage documents from a single interface. We are a large company. We have a lot of white-collar employees. We have a very large number of users. Therefore, our goal was to provide a user-friendly interface by classifying documents in a single interface. So, all the files in the common areas were collected. Metadata was created. We did these processes throughout the entire factory. We classified the documents. Let’s say we chose to use the M-Files solution because of these needs.
And you’ve been using it for 10 years already.
Yes, yes.
So, when you consider the most important aspect, is there one thing that reassures you the most, one feature in M-Files that you could say has saved your life?
Reliability is a crucial issue for us with M-Files. Especially in file sharing and file storage, we are a company subject to a lot of oversight. So, reliability is the first thing that comes to mind. We’ve formed a great team with MechSoft’s consultants. We’ve been a team for 10 years now. I feel very close to them. Yes, we have problems, but they find solutions to our problems. I can say that’s what I like most about the company.
They have a solution-oriented approach.
Very much so. Yes, yes. We have many consultants who approach things in a solution-oriented way. So it’s a great collaboration.
Thank you. And then you mentioned CloudOffix. Now we’re at a new stage with you. What caught your attention about it?
We’re just starting to experience CloudOffix. Currently, we’ll be using CloudOffix for document sharing scenarios with suppliers. First of all, we found the user interface very easy to use. We think it will also be pleasing to the customer. Because we have a large number of external companies. We were looking for a simple, lean, and fast solution. I think CloudOffix will be a good product in these areas. Currently, their AI support is also very good. We will be experiencing that as well.
Speaking of which, today’s topic is AI. How do you plan to integrate it into your processes? What aspects struck you as particularly impactful?
Since we are also an automation team, we focus more on the automation side with AI and the results derived from it. So we will be looking at those aspects. Yes, we are working on chatbots. I will also be trying out CloudOffix’s. Then, based on the results, we will look at what we can do in the background in terms of automation. That’s our focus.

Yes. I have been attending these events for a long time. The team prepares very well for their events and they are already knowledgeable about the subject. So it’s a pleasant event for us.
