“As Zeren Group, we have undertaken very large projects in 2025. We are in a serious technological transformation process. We have made significant investments. Of course, while making these investments, we are also trying to do faster and more useful work with AI-supported projects to meet today’s needs. Zeren Group has undergone a significant ERP infrastructure change in this regard for the last 10 months. We have implemented the SAP Rise project with several of our companies. This includes the AI solution called Joule, announced by SAP Rise. We have activated this AI solution. We are among the first to do this in Türkiye. We believe we are still at the very beginning of the process. We have activated Joule both in the SuccessFactor HR platform and in the ERP side. Our expectation here is to accelerate our business processes. We expect users to see faster and more accurate completion of tasks. This will, of course, save us time. We also believe it will create significant savings in terms of employment.” We believe we will access data faster and more accurately. We are in direct consultation with SAP on this matter, and we are supporting each other in developing the product and how all organizations can benefit from it through mutual feedback. Besides this, there are very serious AI solutions in Türkiye on the non-SAP side, meaning outside of enterprise IT. To my knowledge, there are nearly 300 AI companies developing solutions. We have met with many of them and are consulting with them. We have launched some of their solutions with Proof-of-Concept (POC) tests. We are experiencing them. We plan to proceed with those we believe have the potential to be successful. I can say that we have actually started two projects. We are also curious about the results. We are hopeful about that. Because the POCs we have done are very valuable. We have seen that they are successful. Now, of course, we expect to see the results after the project is completed, after it goes live, and of course, we think it will get even better during the optimization and development processes. Everyone is excited to do AI projects, but when we look at the requests right now, 95% of the projects have “failed.” That’s quite normal, actually. Because only the good ones will survive. Here are some of the biggest players in the AI sector, to name a few: Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Copilot, which Microsoft has invested heavily in. These are important products. I think these will take the lead in the sector, advance, and consolidate their position. I don’t think there will be many projects that can survive on the local solutions side.
